Very few areas around the world meet all four World Heritage natural criteria, however Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, Tasmanian Wilderness, Wet Tropics of Queensland and Shark Bay in Western Australia all do.

Ride the River Daintree
One of the largest rainforest wilderness areas in Australia. On the Daintree River, cruise boats glide between the jungle homes of birds, animals and reptiles including large crocodiles and pythons. More info>

Snorkel at Shark Bay
Ningaloo Reef is Australia's second largest marine park, covering over 3,000 square miles of ocean, and is famous for whale shark diving. In World Heritage listed Shark Bay you can hand-feed wild dolphins. More info>
